Terms of Service

Last updated: December 25, 2025

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the DevSync website and working with DevSync on web development projects. By accessing this site or engaging DevSync, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

About DevSync and changes

DevSync is a web development studio that provides Figma to WordPress implementation and related services for founders, startups, and agencies. These Terms of Service apply to the website at https://devsync-agency.com and to any proposals, statements of work, or service agreements that reference them.

DevSync may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, the services offered, or how this website operates. The latest version will always be published on this page and your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted will mean you accept the updated terms.

Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage the site or interfere with other visitors. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any related systems.

Any content on this site is provided for general information about DevSync and does not constitute technical, legal, or business advice. DevSync may change, remove, or update content on the site at any time without notice.

Proposals, projects, and payments

Project work usually begins with a written proposal or statement of work that describes scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. That document, together with these terms, forms the agreement between you and DevSync for the specific project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects may require an initial deposit before work starts and the remaining balance on delivery or at agreed milestones. Invoices are due on the payment terms stated in the proposal and late payments may delay delivery or lead to suspension of work.

Client responsibilities

To deliver a project on time, you agree to provide all necessary information, access, and materials when requested, including content, design files, and credentials. Delays in providing these items may affect timelines and could require schedule or scope adjustments.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you supply such as text, images, or logos does not infringe the rights of others and complies with applicable laws. If third party permissions, licenses, or approvals are required, you are responsible for obtaining them unless explicitly stated otherwise in the proposal.

Intellectual property

Unless stated differently in the proposal, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables for your own business once all project fees have been paid in full. This typically covers the front end templates, page layouts, and configuration created specifically for your site.

DevSync retains ownership of any underlying tools, methods, libraries, and pre existing materials used to deliver the project and may reuse them in other work. Open source components remain subject to their own licenses and nothing in these terms limits those licenses.

Third party services and hosting

Your project may rely on third party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, analytics tools, or other software. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and DevSync has no control over their pricing, availability, or changes.

DevSync is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or other issues caused by third party providers, but will act reasonably to help you coordinate with them where this forms part of the agreed scope. You remain responsible for ongoing subscription and license costs unless otherwise agreed.

Warranties and limitations

DevSync provides services with reasonable care and skill and aims to deliver work that meets the agreed scope and technical requirements. After launch, small issues directly related to the delivered work will be corrected within a reasonable time as part of the handover period described in your proposal.

However, no website can be guaranteed to be error free or available at all times and the site is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevSync is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the use of this website or services.

Termination

Either party may end a project engagement if the other party materially breaches these terms or the project agreement and does not remedy that breach within a reasonable time after written notice. On termination, you remain responsible for paying for work already completed and any committed costs that cannot be cancelled.

DevSync may also suspend or end your access to this website if you misuse it, attempt to compromise security, or otherwise violate these terms. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination such as intellectual property, payment obligations, and limitations of liability will continue to apply.

Privacy and data

Your use of this website and DevSync’s handling of personal information are also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is available on a separate page. By using the site or working with DevSync, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

Where DevSync has access to your systems or data for project work, reasonable steps will be taken to keep that access secure and to use it only for the purposes of delivering the agreed services. You remain responsible for backing up your own data and systems.

Governing law and contact

These terms are intended as a general framework and may be adapted in specific project agreements. Any disputes or claims arising from these terms or the services will be handled under the laws and courts specified in your proposal or, if none are specified, the laws of the jurisdiction where DevSync is established.

If you have questions about these Terms of Service, you can contact DevSync using the details on the Contact page or by email using the information provided in your proposal or invoice.
