DevSync is a web development partner for agencies that need dependable hands on their projects. We turn designs into fast, responsive websites and work through the decisions that come up along the way.
You stay close to your clients. We take ownership of the build and keep you informed from the first brief to launch.
DevSync grew from years of building websites with agencies and their clients. We know that getting a design into production takes more than writing code. It takes attention to the details, clear communication and someone willing to see the work through.
DevSync is led by Sofiene Rhouma, a developer with nine years of WordPress and frontend experience. You work directly with the person responsible for the build.
Some projects call for a custom WordPress theme. Others are better suited to a different CMS or a JavaScript framework. We choose the approach around the brief, the content and the people who will manage the site.
We pay attention to spacing, typography and interactions as a design moves into the browser. We also consider performance, accessibility and the structure that helps a site remain useful after launch.
We can work behind your agency’s brand, ask questions when they matter and move the build forward without constant supervision. Your client relationship stays yours.
Projects and platforms we’ve contributed to over the years.
Feedback from clients who hired Sofiene, DevSync’s founder, through Upwork.
“Sofiene is amazing! He understands HTML/CSS exceptionally well, and can build a high pagespeed performance theme into WordPress. He is a really great talent.”
“I liked how Sofienne was able to intuitively offer solutions – in both design and tech execution. I didn't need to babysit him or supervise at all – he was a valuable asset and a great team player. I hope we will get to work again together on bigger projects! Highly recommend to anyone in need to upgrade their website!”
“Truly the best at what he does with designs and development, goes over and beyond – most likely the best person I have worked with on UpWork. 10/10 – will be using on a full time basis going forward.”
“Sofiene was brilliant, and completed the job well first time.”

Send us the brief, the designs if you have them, and the timeline you’re working toward. We’ll review what’s needed and talk through how we can help.
